Midnight Auteur creates and operates cohesive, hospitality-driven lifestyle hotels reflective of the soul of a community, with integrated food, beverage and hotel space.
Creating a great hotel is more than building a beautiful space, providing a comfortable bed, or cultivating a lively bar and restaurant scene. Midnight Auteur was created as a holistic hotel experience, one that leverages the experiences of two established groups – Gravitas, the developer and operator of The Ramble Hotel in Denver, and Gin & Luck, most well-known for the Death & Co brand – to build and operate hotels that immerse guests fully and seamlessly between social spaces and retreat.
What We've Done
The combined experience of the Gravitas and Gin & Luck teams is marked by globally recognized success in development, design, and hospitality operations. Born from a property in Denver, CO – The Ramble Hotel and the Death & Co operations throughout – the partnership brings together a proven team ready to deepen it's impact within the hospitality industry.
